A psychiatric evaluation is provided for all clients to confirm the preliminary diagnosis.
Healthcare insurance, the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), or HSA/FSA benefits may cover services. Please notify us before making an appointment so that we can verify your eligibility and insurance coverage plan benefits. We accept Medicare and the majority of major commercial HMO/PPO and marketplace insurance plans.
Cancellation Policy
Baron Counseling is committed to providing all our clients and patients with exceptional care. When a client or patient cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client or patient from being seen. Please contact us by email at info@baroncounseling.com, by phone at (786) 320-8722, or by text at (786) 563-6669 within 24 hours on the day prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. If NO notification is given within 24 hours before Monday–Saturday, prior to the day of your appointment, you will be charged a FULL SESSION FEE for all missed appointments or late cancellations. After three “NO SHOW” and/or excessively late or last-minute cancelled appointments, you will be discharged from our practice, and we will no longer see you as a client or patient. It is the patient's financial responsibility to pay for any Cancellation fees, not the Insurance company's. All Patients MUST have a credit or debit Card on file or pay the FULL SESSION FEE in advance prior to the scheduled appointment date.
